Acquirement and checking of raw data from the client;
Centralization of monthly timesheets necessary for payroll calculation;
Calculation of payroll, holidays, monthly payable bonuses and indemnities, including allowances for social security benefits (sick and maternity leave) and of related taxes and contributions;
Generating of payslips and distribution by e-mail or on paper to each employee;
Registration of payrolls, ofdue taxes and contributions centralizers with the staff, according to the unique statement at ANAF (National Agency for Fiscal Administration);
Employee accounts on workstations, based on client data and salary calculations;
Preparation of payment orders for salary transfer into employees accounts, on client request.
Completing, updating and transmission of General Register of Employees (REVISAL) to the I.T.M. (Territorial Labor Inspectorate);
Writing and recording individual employment contracts;
Preparation and management of personnel files;
Drafting job descriptions;
Writing and recording addenda amending individual employment contracts;
Preparing termination/suspension decisions of the individual employment contract;
Preparing certificates required by employees;
