The "Eurolex" Professional Company of legal advisers was founded in 1993 by enthusiastic and confident professionals, among which is Silvius Buimistru, graduate of the Faculty of Law, with skills and specializations within "Humboldt University" and "Konrad Wolf" - Germany, "Penn State University "- US, Ca'Foscari and Universita di Torino, Italy.  After 2000, the founder of the company was involved in the democratization of the Romanian company and was active in international organizations such as Volunteers Overseas Cooperative Organization and Citizen Democracy Corps.

He later became accredited expert of the European Commission (Recording number on the EPSO experts list - EX2015D238087) and participant in the Commission’s programs for international cooperation in Japan, at the EU-Japan Center for Industrial cooperation, where, for his contribution to the HRTP 49 programs (Human Resources Training Program) and World Class Manufacturing, he received important distinctions. Also, he acted as Visiting Partner in Germany at the University of Regensburg IREBS (International Real Estate Business School).

The company’s initial capital was a human capital, which designed adapted services (custom made) according to Romanian, West-European and American customer and profile requirements. Ongoing work has led to the expansion of the team and in 2004, as a response to market demands, particularly to traditional clients, a new interdependent department was founded, the Eurotax& Business company for accounting services, audit and taxation.

Today our team consists of law specialists, economists and other consultants from Romania and the European Union, whom we work with permanently or occasionally, in various areas: real estate, human resources, information technology, manufacturing, research, civil engineering, textile industry and advanced technology. Combining synergies in such a wide area, we have implemented interdisciplinary projects such as the start-up of industrial production units which bring together the previous listed areas and we have actively contributed to the reorganization of companies which, through difficult negotiations with creditors in parallel with implementation of new technologies and finding new trading partners, we succeeded in providing concrete results for economic revival.
In the last 15 years we have been involved in accessing funding lines, both private and public, such as pre and post-accession EU funds, as well as from national programs. Over time we had a social involvement in the community, long before phrases like "social responsibility" became fashionable buzz-words that are unfortunately sometimes devoid of content. We became involved in supporting children without parental support, children on the streets or in orphanages, the elderly, medical units in Iasi and have established relationships with charitable organizations in Germany, who wanted to support us in such cases.
At present, although we don’t consider ourselves as one of the largest companies in Romania, we can proudly say that what distinguishes us in the legal services and financial market is the level ofprofessionalism in providing permanentservices to our customers, at competitive and accessible prices, in an economic environment that presents many economic challenges and financial risks.

Another aspect that differentiates us is our focus on customers, each case being closely watched by a counselor with appropriate skills and experience, on the principle of "sure, we care ..." Our ambition to grow a close working relationship with our customers and partners, based on trust, is highlighted by our number of clients, legal entities with foreign and domestic capital, whom we work with right from their establishment. We provide legal and financial (custom made) services specific to each and every client, taking into account its particular needs and priorities. Since inception, we have grown progressively and substantiated, based on the trained specialist in our "character factory" of our professional group. Some are still our employees and others became our serious partners and specialized internal collaborators. We hope for a future globalized economy with many challenges that we will overcome for our customers and we will continue to grow and develop alongside them, professionally, economically and territorially. We are currently active with consulting offices in Romania, Moldova, Germany, Austria, Italy and Norway.
